Founded by Lual Acuek Lual Deng, PhD, the Ebony Center for Strategic Studies conducts strategic research in public policy, capacity building and institutional strengthening, agricultural development, poverty analysis, private sector development, oil and gas, banking, and financial sector development to support informed policymaking and sustainable development in South Sudan.
